Beneficial Ownership – The Last Dance

EU-domstolen

In recent years, both domestic and EU tax law have experienced a significant influence from international tax law. One of the most prominent examples of this is the outcome of the so-called Danish Beneficial Ownership cases, which were decided by the European Court of Justice in 2019.

Following the CJEU preliminary rulings in the cases they have gone back to the Danish domestic courts, and in April 2023, they will finally come to a conclusion with the last ruling from the Danish Supreme Court.

Join us in person or online and learn all the fascinating final details first-hand from the foremost experts in the field: the lawyers who represented both taxpayers and the Danish Ministry of Taxation:

  • Søren Horsbøl Jensen, Partner, Poul Schmith Kammeradvokaten
  • Stine Andersen, Founding Partner, KPMG Law Advokatfirma
  • Anders Endicott Pedersen, Partner, Plesner
  • Arne Møllin Ottosen, Partner, Kromann Reumert
