Mads Whitta-Jacobsen got his master’s degree in law from University of Copenhagen in 2020 and afterwards worked as an assistant attorney and subsequently attorney at IUNO Law Firm and Poul Schmith Kammeradvokaten, department of public law. Mads started his Ph.d.- project in September 2023. His Ph-d. - project concerns the relationsship between EU law and national constitutional law and the potential conflicts between the legal systems.
Primary fields of research
Specifically my Ph.d. project concerns primacy conflicts between EU-law and national constitutional law which are the product of the EU legal system's and the member states' legal systems different perspective on the scope of EU law primacy.
